Shipping Information

-When will I get my order?
If the item/s you order are currently in stock, we will often ship within one day of your order.  In the case we are out of stock, it will depend on our production schedule.  If you have a particular need to get your order quickly, tell us in your order comments or call us at 888-745-6377. Otherwise, we typically ship within 5-12 days and shipping will take between 1-5 working days.  It depends on how far you are from San Diego, CA.  You’re welcome to drop by to pick up your order, but for some, that could be a really long walk.

  -I need my order really quickly and you don’t have a “next-day” or “2 day” shipping option.  What the hell am I supposed to do?
Calm down. Our standard shipping options are USPS or UPS Ground.  If you need expedited delivery, select UPS Ground on your order but include a message in the comment section that you’d like faster shipping and we will contact you by phone or email to make those arrangements before we ship your order.

- Does Sik World ship to military addresses?
Sure, but it will have to ship via USPS.  We love the military.

  -Does Sik World ship outside of the US?
Sure, but it’s really expensive.

 - I have not received my order yet.
We ship based on stock on hand.  If you ordered an item that is not in stock, it will have to be produced, which could take a few days to a week.  Then there’s shipping, which could take up to a week if you’re on the East Coast.  If you’d like info to track your order or just a kind word of reassurance so you don’t worry, email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888-745-6377. Relax.  We’ll get it to you.

  -Damn, your shipping is expensive.  Why so much?
We just charge you what UPS or USPS charge us.  If you want to check their rates, hit www.ups.com or www.usps.com. 

 

Ordering

-Do you have my size? What if I order the wrong size?
Check out our size chart before you order.  If you have any questions email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888-745-6377.

  -I made a mistake in my order.
Dork. Nah, it’s no big deal.  Just email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888-745-6377.  We can fix it if it hasn’t already been shipped.

  -I tried using a discount code, but it wouldn’t work.
Email salesguy@sikworld.com. Include your full name and a phone number where you can be reached

  -How do I track my order while it’s processing?
To find out the status of your order before it’s shipped, just login into your SikWorld account. Order status info will be accessible along with any notes if we’ve tried to contact you. If you need to track your order while it’s in transit, email salesguy@sikworld.com and we’ll give you tracking numbers. (where applicable)

  - How do I track my order after it’s shipped?
We use UPS for all domestic US orders and you can email salesguy@sikworld.com to get a tracking numbers. For PO Boxes’, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s, and international orders, we use USPS. There is no tracking number for international orders, but we insure it, so if you don’t receive it, we can still get yours/our money back.

-What is your return/exchange policy?
If we messed up and sent you the wrong item or size (the item you received doesn’t match your order), email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888-745-6377 to tell us that you’ll need to exchange a wrong size or item.  Then send it back and, once we receive it, we’ll send you the right size and we’ll cover shipping.

If you ordered the wrong size and haven’t worn the item (which makes no sense, how would you wear it if it’s the wrong size? Unless it’s too big and it took you the whole night to figure it out.  If that’s the case, you’re screwed) email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888-745-6377 to tell us you’ll be sending something back and we’ll exchange it for the right size, but you’ll have to pay shipping.   -Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Nah.  If you just don’t like what you bought, next time you shouldn’t drink and shop online.  If it doesn’t fit, that’s a different story.  See return /exchange policy.

  -How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We’ll take your American Express, but we won’t be happy about it.  They suck. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks, gift cards, cash, money orders or special favors at this time. Sik World takes your safety seriously, our site is secure so your personal information is safe.

  -When will my card be charged?
We don’t charge your card until we are ready to ship.  If you have money in your account when you order but don’t when we’re ready to ship, your card will be declined so you may want to pass on those last few beers if you haven’t gotten your order yet and are close to your limit.

  -Why was I charged sales tax?
Sik World has to charge sales tax in California.  That’s where we are located and that’s the law. Sucks.

  -Why are you not replying to my emails?
Please add salesguy@sikworld.com to your contacts or check your spam box as we always answer all questions.

Our Products

-What fabrics and ink do you use?
All garments beside our Hot Shorts are 100% cotton.  The Hot Shorts are a cotton/spandex blend.  We screen print all garments with Plastisol. Our baby clothes are fully compliant with all bullshit regulations.

  -Washing instructions?
Wash warm with garments turned inside-out so the print isn’t rubbing on other stuff like your washing machine or dryer.  Hang dry, if you can, for the print to last longest. Otherwise, dry inside-out on a medium setting.  Since all of our garments are cotton, they may shrink when dried.  Wash with similar colors.

  -Does Sik World offer Tall, Maternity or Plus sizes?
We used to offer Plus sizes, but they weren’t very popular and the garments were hard to find.  It’s not that we don’t want to. Really.

  -Who designs the Sik World shirts?
Anyone.  If you have an idea you think is Sik, submit it to us at
salesguy@sikworld.com

  -Can I get a catalog sent to my house?
We don’t have print catalogs right now, but all of our current catalog is available here online.

-How do I sign up for the mailing list?
On the left side of your screen is a “Subscribe” spot. Enter your email address. Hit the button. It’s that easy.

-Is there a Sik World store near me?
Maybe.  If you’d like to know where to find a local Sik World outlet, email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888.745.6377 and we’ll do our best to find a shop for you.

  -I want Sik World to make my tees, can you guys do that?
Maybe.  Depends on what you want. If you want to run 36 or more and have a few weeks, email salesguy@sikworld.com or call 888.745.6377. If you want one shirt by tomorrow, go to Kinko’s.
