Mower
Rocks the ‘World.
Sik
World has always been an avid supporter of strong
local talent, but San Diego's Mower not only
takes the cake, but they will beat you down
for it. Their sophomore album "Not For
You" (Suburban Noize), was a much deserved
sonic boot to the ass that the metal scene needed.
The album's lead single "Road Rage"
was one of the most requested tracks on Sirius
Satellite Radio's Hard Attack where the track
routinely beat out and charted alongside bands
like Down, As I Lay Dying, Machine Head, DevilDriver
and Megadeth. The video for "Road Rage"
was directed by Dale Resteghini (HATEBREED,
SHADOWS FALL) and can be viewed at the following

Mower is currently working on the follow-up
album now in Los Angeles, CA with producer Eddie
Wohl (Cradle of Filth, Anthrax, Bleeding Through)
and had the lovely Metal Sanaz stop by the studio
to discuss the album and all things Mower. Metal
Sanaz is the host of MySpace's "A Place
For Metal", where she interviews the biggest
and hottest rising stars in metal today. Fans
